We license a fully-managed 4-in-1 clubhouse, gym, MMA, dance academy and recovery & wellness, into your project from a minimum of 1,000 sq ft. Take all four, or any single vertical. Terms run from a minimum of 3 years with area exclusivity by project. Interiors and equipment are on actuals; commercials are confirmed per project.
What area exclusivity do we get?
Each licence carries area exclusivity tailored to the project, a defined radius or locality around your development within which we won't license a competing amenity. The exact zone is agreed per project.
Who operates and staffs the clubhouse?
We do, fully. We handle staffing, programming, standards and marketing, so your team carries no operational burden and residents get a consistently run, branded facility.
Can we license just one brand?
Yes. Take any single brand, MMA Matrix Gym, Matrix Dance Academy or Matrix Wellness, or license the full Matrix Club House with everything under one roof, whatever fits your buyer profile and amenity space.
