The investment
One premium format, sized to your market. Investment scales with the space you allocate.
Both FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated) and FOCO (Franchise Owned, Company Operated) models are available. Figures are indicative and assigned per sq ft of the actual allocated space. Exact commercials are set in your signed agreement.
The returns
Your investment is spread across the full 9-year agreement term, so the model is built to return a surplus every year, from Year 1 onward. Most partners recover their investment within the first 24 months*; the years that follow are return.
